Every quote is free and non-binding until a written agreement is signed. Quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time and may change if project scope changes.
4. Promo — 25% Off
A 25% off promotion applies to all services, materials not included. Materials are billed at cost and are excluded from the discount. Royalty Remodeling LLC reserves the right to modify or end this promotion at any time.
5. Scheduling & Hours
We are open 7 days a week, 24/7, by quote or when called for service. Scheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions, particularly for seasonal services.
6. Snow Removal — Residential Only
Snow removal is a residential-only service. Salt application is provided only if supplied by the customer.
7. Payment
Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins. We do not store payment information on this website. Do not send payment information through any form on this site.
8. Limitation of Liability
Royalty Remodeling LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the scope of work performed.
